Estimate the association of an employee departure with respect to one or more independent variables X using a variety of machine learning techniques. Make a prediction about how likely is an employee to leave.

Examples include but are not limited to identify importance characteristics/features that are important on the decision of an employee to depart.

Data format:The first column of your data must contain the value of employee status (0: no departure , 1: departure ) and the following columns one or more variables that define different groups of patients.
