Analyze customers that do not return to your establishment over a set time period. Compare their features with the features of your regular customers.
Examples: include but are not limited to identify importance characteristics/features that are determine the customer retention rate.
Data format: The first column of your data must contain the Cancellation status (0: no regular customer, 1: regular customer) and the following columns the values of the recorded responses/variables/features.
